2.3 Jurisdictional Restrictions. The en777 Platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines and other jurisdictions where online gaming is lawfully permitted. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. en777 makes no representation that the Platform is lawful or available in jurisdictions outside the Philippines.
2.4 Excluded Persons. The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain an account on en777: (a) persons under 21 years of age; (b) persons who have previously been self-excluded from en777 or any other PAGCOR-licensed platform; (c) employees, contractors, and immediate family members of en777 and its affiliated entities; (d) persons located in jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
3.1 Single Account Policy. Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the en777 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. en777 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.
3.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your en777 username and password. You agree to notify en777 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account. en777 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
3.4 Account Ownership. en777 accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any rights therein to any third party.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. en777 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and InstaPay. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). en777 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time.
4.2 Minimum Transactions. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are published on the Platform and may be updated from time to time. en777 reserves the right to impose transaction limits on individual accounts for security or regulatory compliance purposes.
4.3 Withdrawal Verification. Before processing any withdrawal, en777 may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) procedures. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used for deposits on the same account, unless otherwise approved by en777 in writing.
4.4 Processing Times. en777 aims to process approved withdrawals promptly. Actual processing times depend on the payment method selected and may be subject to delays outside en777's control. en777 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
4.5 Dormant Accounts. Accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. en777 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with applicable PAGCOR regulations. Players will be notified before any fee is applied.
5.1 en777 may offer bonuses, free credits, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each promotion.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the promotion terms.
5.3 Abuse of Promotions. en777 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or promotional benefit if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, collusion, or any form of fraudulent activity in connection with a promotion.
5.4 Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except in accordance with the applicable wagering requirements.

6.4 Sports Betting. All sports bets are subject to en777's sports betting rules, including rules on void bets, postponed events, and settlement procedures. en777's decision on the settlement of any sports bet is final.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the en777 Platform:
en777 reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct and to report such activity to PAGCOR and relevant law enforcement authorities where required.
8.1 All content on the en777 Platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, and text, is the property of en777 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without en777's prior written consent.
9.1 en777 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference.
9.2 By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for identity verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance purposes.
9.3 en777 may be required to disclose player information to PAGCOR, law enforcement agencies, or other regulatory bodies in accordance with applicable Philippine law.
10.1 en777 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide players with tools to manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion.
10.2 Players who wish to activate any responsible gaming tool may do so through their account settings or by contacting en777 customer support. Self-exclusion requests will be processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the elected exclusion period.

11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, en777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
11.2 en777's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your en777 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 en777 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.
12.1 en777 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if it determines that you have breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or if required to do so by PAGCOR or applicable law.
12.2 Upon termination for breach, en777 may forfeit any bonus balances in your account. Real-money balances will be returned to you after deduction of any amounts owed to en777, subject to completion of any required verification procedures.
12.3 You may close your en777 account at any time by contacting customer support. Closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, subject to any pending transactions or verification requirements.
13.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the en777 Platform shall first be submitted to en777's customer support team for resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process in accordance with applicable regulations.
13.3 You agree that the courts of the Republic of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute that cannot be resolved through the above procedures.
14.1 en777 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before taking effect, where practicable.
14.2 Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
